Lori Berenson holds certifications as an Amicus Attorney Certified Consultant and a Corel Certified Instructor (WordPerfect 9 and Presentations 9).

Lori brings more than 2 decades of computer training and consulting experience to the Greater Cleveland area with special emphasis on legal applications and WordPerfect.  She has conducted numerous training courses, and many one-on-one training sessions.

Lori has often found it difficult to use vendor's training materials, and began writing her own customized training manuals over a decade ago for her own use with her clients.  Her first endeavor was a small training manual that soon became a large 250+ page step-by-step training manual.  As her software knowledge increased, her manuals became more professional, and with a recommendation from one of her trainers, she began to sell her manuals to other trainers and consultants.  When one of her clients asked her to train a small group of attorneys, she decided to create a smaller reference guide, which turned into her latest At A Glance Guides, which she has since been using for all of her training.  Her At A Glance Guides are available for purchase by consultants and law firms - for both Amicus Small Firm Editions and Amicus Premium Editions.  Click here for more information about our training manuals.

Lori has been very active in the Greater Cleveland PC Users Group (GCPCUG), with 5 years as a Board Member.  Of that time, she spent 2 years as the WordPerfect Co-SIG leader, 1 year as the Adobe Acrobat SIG leader; 2 years as Special Offers Coordinator, and 3 years as Membership Director.  And after a two-year hiatus, she came back in December of 2001 to serve as Membership Director again.
